HOW EVENTA WORKS

  1. Event setup (Web Back Office)
    From a single web interface you can:
  • create events and areas (VIP, backstage, press, lounge, etc.)
  • import participant lists from Excel files
  • define access profiles and operational roles (admin, operator, security)
  1. Wristband assignment
    At reception, security staff:
  • selects the participant from the mobile app
  • activates the RFID/NFC wristband with a tap on the smartphone
  • uniquely links the wristband to the guest
  1. Access control
  • Event entry: wristband scan registers check-in
  • Area access: security verifies access rights in real time
  • Event exit: check-out disables the wristband

All scans are recorded for real-time and post-event analysis.
