CREATION, ADAPTATION, SALE AND AFTER-SALES OF HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE TECHNICAL PRODUCTS

maintains that market success and continuity of business are closely dependent on:

  • commitment to customer satisfaction
  • continual improvement of all company activities
  • development of human resources

The quality perceived by the customer and end user – and thus their degree of satisfaction – depends on a large number of concomitant factors, but the way the order is fulfilled and thus the job done are key.

The following principles must be followed throughout:

  • fulfilment of commitments given to Customers, by understanding and satisfying their stated or implicit needs
  • compliance with compulsory regulatory and legal requirements in the relevant sector in all activities
  • assurance of compliance with requirements in terms of quality, quantity, timing and occupational safety, as well as value for money, in accordance with the specified requirements
  • improvement of the internal operating efficiency of the corporate processes established, both by defining operating procedures for the performance of production processes and through the professional growth of staff; conduct of self-audits for regular checks on the performance achieved by the management system adopted
  • minimisation of the costs incurred to correct any errors in the fulfilment of orders, eliminating them by means of suitable measures to prevent nonconformities instead of retrospective elimination or mere recording
  • optimisation of cooperation with suppliers and partners to increase the Company’s competitiveness on the market
  • promotion and implementation of training programmes for staff at all levels, to optimise the growth of human resources, who will play a crucial role in the company’s future development, and to guarantee equality, fairness, continuity, participation, efficacy and efficiency
  • reinforcement of operating flexibility, a key characteristic of H&S CUSTOM S.r.l. throughout its history , with due consideration for the functional needs of every colleague and/or associate
  • constant monitoring of the System’s level of conformity with the relevant laws and standards
  • improvement of internal efficiency, both by defining operating procedures for the performance of production processes, with risk analysis, and through the professional development of staff, who are aware of their involvement in a period of corporate growth
  • assurance that this “Quality Policy” is understood and supported by all staff, making it clear from the outset that Quality is a “method of work

To achieve this, the Elision S.r.l. organisation undertakes to implement an effective Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and to maintain its application over time.
