Offrire nuove soluzioni pi\u00f9 evolute e tecnologiche \u00e8 diventata un&rsquo;esigenza sempre pi\u00f9 pressante per qualsiasi settore. Nel loro insieme, le implementazioni della tecnologia di smart retail possono aiutare sia la logistica, che la produzione, che il modo in cui i prodotti vengono commercializzati e promossi attraverso i canali. Ma certamente il punto da cui bisogna partire in questa rivoluzione \u201cintelligente\u201d sono i clienti, che oggi non solo sono sempre pi\u00f9 <strong>omnicanali<\/strong>, ma sono anche sempre pi\u00f9 esigenti. La societ\u00e0 di ricerca<a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"http:\/\/www.internet4things.it\/brand\/mckinsey\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"> McKinsey<\/a> ha rilevato come nella distribuzione i retailer che fanno uso dei<a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"http:\/\/www.internet4things.it\/tag\/big-data\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"> Big Data<\/a> hanno aumentato i propri margini del 60%. La terribile esperienza del COVID-19 ha spostato drasticamente e improvvisamente pi\u00f9 traffico dei clienti dal canale distributivo fisico degli store a quello digitale, con una inevitabile conseguente accelerazione di quel processo di adozione di un nuovo approccio decisamente pi\u00f9 tecnologico innovativo e digitale per il mondo del retail. <\/span><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"viewer-85k9d\" class=\"eSWI6 _1j-51 _1FoOD _3M0Fe Z63qyL roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\"><strong>Smart retail per un maggior coinvolgimento del cliente<\/strong> <\/span><\/h2>\n<p id=\"viewer-fltbo\" class=\"mm8Nw _1j-51 roLFQS _1FoOD _3M0Fe Z63qyL roLFQS public-DraftStyleDefault-block-depth0 fixed-tab-size public-DraftStyleDefault-text-ltr\"><span class=\"_2PHJq public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\">Le problematiche legate alle misure per contenere il virus hanno portato le aziende del retail a testare nuovi metodi di coinvolgimento dei clienti. La pandemia ha avuto il \u201cmerito\u201d di accelerare un processo di trasformazione digitale, che gi\u00e0 molte aziende non solo del retail avevano intrapreso da qualche anno. I download di app, per fare solo un semplice esempio, sono aumentati dell&rsquo;11% da gennaio ad aprile 2020,rispetto allo stesso periodo dell&rsquo;anno scorso. Di fronte ai limiti delle interazioni fisiche con i clienti, i rivenditori stanno innovando per portare online l&rsquo;esperienza in negozio. Un grande aiuto in questo senso \u00e8 possibile ottenerlo con utilizzo di strumenti tecnologici come intelligenza artificiale o quello della realt\u00e0 aumentata, per permettere la realizzazione di un negozio virtuale e regalare al cliente la sensazione e il gusto di \u201cvedere, toccare e provare\u201d l\u2019oggetto che deve acquistare. Secondo una recente ricerca <a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"https:\/\/www2.deloitte.com\/content\/dam\/Deloitte\/uk\/Documents\/consumer-business\/the-changing-face-of-retail-where-did-all-the-shops-go.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"><u class=\"_3zM-5\"><strong>Deloitte<\/strong><\/u><\/a> circa il 75% dei consumatori cerca i prodotti on line prima dell\u2019acquisto. Il marchio di gioielli Kendra Scott ha lanciato una nuova piattaforma, Virtual Try-On, che utilizza tecniche di realt\u00e0 aumentata (AR), apprendimento automatico e visione artificiale. A fine novembre del 2019, il CEO di Levi&rsquo;s aveva affermato che probabilmente in 10 anni non ci sarebbero pi\u00f9 state taglie. Perch\u00e8 le nuove innovazioni tecnologiche avrebbero realizzato abiti su misura anche per il retail online. Secondo uno studio condotto da <a class=\"_3Bkfb _1lsz7\" href=\"https:\/\/www.grandviewresearch.com\/press-release\/global-smart-retail-market\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\" data-hook=\"linkViewer\"><strong><u class=\"_3zM-5\">Grand ViewResearch<\/u><\/strong><\/a><strong>, Inc <\/strong>le dimensioni del mercato globale dello smart retail dovrebbero raggiungere i 134.347,9 milioni di dollari entro il 2028.
